Quotes

Quotes are prepared from the photos and information you provide and are firm for the work described. If the job on site is materially different from what was described, we'll tell you before doing anything, and you can accept the revised price or cancel at no cost.

Scheduling and weather

You'll get a time window when you book and a text when we're on the way. If weather makes the job unsafe, we reschedule at no cost to you.

The work

We use commercial equipment and surface-appropriate methods: high pressure on concrete, low-pressure soft washing on siding and wood. You're invited to walk the finished job with us before we leave. Anything you point out gets addressed on the spot.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete and you've approved the work.
