Driveways & sidewalks
Surface-cleaned for an even finish, edges detailed with a wand, pre-treated so the algae dies instead of hiding. Most driveways are done in an afternoon.
House washing (siding)
Low-pressure soft wash. The cleaning solution does the work, so vinyl, brick, and painted surfaces come clean without damage.
Patios, porches & pool decks
Furniture moved and replaced, plants rinsed and protected, decks washed and rinsed clean. The pool stays clean too; we control every bit of runoff.
Fences & curbs
Wood and vinyl fences brought back from gray. Curbs and gutter lines detailed so the street view matches the driveway.
FAQ
Will it damage my siding or wood?
No. Concrete gets high pressure because concrete can take it. Siding and wood get a low-pressure wash where the solution does the work. Right tool, right surface.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach your outdoor spigot and the areas being cleaned, you can be at work while it happens. Plenty of customers come home to the after photo.
How much does it cost?
Every quote comes from your photos, so it's firm before we ever show up. No surprise add-ons on the invoice.
How long does it take?
Most residential jobs are done in 2-4 hours. You'll get a time window when you book, and a text when we're on the way.
What if rain is coming?
Rain doesn't undo the work. The pre-treatment has already killed the growth. If weather makes the job unsafe, we reschedule at no cost.
