Lock in the clean.
Here's what nobody tells you after a wash: bare concrete is a sponge. It drinks in water, oil, and the algae spores that turned it gray in the first place. Seal coating closes the surface. Water beads instead of soaking in, spills wipe up instead of staining, and the green takes seasons to come back instead of months. It's the step most companies skip because it takes an extra visit. It's also the difference between renting your clean driveway and owning it.
Every job, every time.
- Applied only on clean, fully dry concrete, usually a day or two after the wash
- Penetrating sealer that protects without the plastic-looking film
- Water beads on the surface instead of soaking in
- Oil, rust, and leaf stains wipe up before they set
- Slows algae regrowth so the wash lasts seasons, not months
FAQ
How do I know sealing actually works?
Water test. Pour water on sealed concrete and it beads on the surface. On unsealed concrete it soaks straight in, and everything that soaks in stains. We're happy to demonstrate on your driveway.
How long does seal coating last?
Typically 2-3 seasons on a driveway, depending on traffic and sun. Resealing after a future wash is quick and costs less than the first application.
When can I drive on it?
Foot traffic in a few hours, vehicles the next day. We confirm exact times based on the product and the weather when we schedule.
